Returns Policy

Returns on new, unopened merchandise may be made within 10 days upon receipt of package.

• Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customers expense.
• Customer will be refunded the amount of purchase within 10 days of arrival to our warehouse.
• We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
• If you receive a damaged package, please refuse this package from the shipper. All damaged or defective returns are subject to verification.
• Shipping refusals will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

• Most orders will ship within one to three business days (Monday - Friday) after payment has cleared.
• All orders will go ground unless otherwise specified
• Undeliverable packages: If your packaged is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable after they've made 3 attempts to deliver, we will issue you a refund within 10 days. Packages will not be reshipped.
